Free Alzheimer’s memory cards help people with dementia outside.
1. To receive free memory cards for Alzheimer’s, click the “GET FREEBIE” button at the bottom of this page.
2. Scroll down to the bottom of the new page and click “Order now”.
3. Choose up to ten publications and find the memory cards under “Living with dementia – tools”.
4. Complete the required details and click “Submit” to have your leaflets delivered. Only request the cards if you genuinely need them.
